• Responsibilities :
• Supervise a team of attendants, and ensure that adjustments are made safely
• Ensures that all equipment rental guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to by his/her team.
• Encourage employee development by adjusting work schedules as needed, providing technical training and guiding employees in their tasks.
• Prepares equipment for school groups.
• Ensures that groups are well received.
• Is proactive in reporting any particular situation to his/her superior.
• Assumes the role of rental agent as needed, thereby broadening his or her skills and impact within the team.
• Ensures prompt replacement of any faulty equipment.
• Be a proactive ambassador and interact continuously with customers;
• Respond to more complex requests and/or customer complaints.

Assistant snow school director

Mont-Habitant is looking for an Assistant Snow School Director.

• teach;
• working with the public and the team of instructors;
• multitask;
• be organized;
• Work under pressure and adapt to different situations;
• Plan, hire, and train your team;
• work indoors in the office and outdoors on the slopes.
• The magic carpet and beginner's track are fun for you, as well as working with school groups, students and instructors.
• Risk management is a priority.
• Software systems (reservation systems) don't scare you.
• Skiing a slalom course doesn't scare you, skiing a snowplough makes you smile.
